Sound familiar?

You believe in the child-led approach. The hard part is actually implementing it in your real-life setting.

The transformation

From second guessing yourself to leading with confidence.

  1. 01

    Where you are now

You believe in child-led, neuroaffirming practice. You know exactly what your autistic students deserve.

But there's a gap between what you believe and what you can actually pull off in the room, and living in that gap is wearing you down.

  2. 02

    Where you're headed

You walk into sessions with a clear framework and a real plan for even your hardest-to-reach student.

Goals that capture true growth in minutes, session plans that actually spark joy, and a community that never lets you get stuck.

  3. 03

    Who you become

You're a confident, grounded specialist who knows exactly what you stand for.

You advocate for your approach without apologizing, and go home genuinely sure you did right by your autistic students.

Most professional memberships hand you more information... but you were never short on information.

What you've been missing is implementation: frameworks built in real sessions with real kids, and a community that practices the way you do.

The Toolkit

Imagine having a toolkit that does the heavy lifting.

Inside the Child-Led Collective, we've got tools that draft your goals, plan your sessions and help you write your notes. Plus so much more: progress report drafts, family resource creators and beyond.

How much time could you get back with our tools?

Plug in your own week and see what changes when every note starts from a draft.

With our Session Note Generator, notes take about a minute. Given that, we estimate you could save 8.7 hours every month.

8.7hours a month
That's about 4 evenings back. Every month.

This is an estimate, of course, but members tell us the tools inside the Collective save them 5+ hours every month.

"Easily the best professional community I've ever joined."
Jordyn F., school-based SLP
Read Jordyn's story

The Child-Led Collective is easily the best professional community I've ever joined. Before becoming a member, I often felt stuck trying to make my sessions both neurodiversity-affirming and measurable. Working in the schools, I thought that meant I had to stick to a traditional therapy model. Joining the Collective completely changed that. Through conversations with Nicole and other like-minded professionals, I learned that it's absolutely possible to meet my students where they are and collect strong, meaningful data. My confidence has grown so much, and the way I plan and run my sessions has completely transformed. Now, my sessions are fun, engaging, and I'm seeing real progress. My students are more motivated, behaviors have decreased, and therapy just feels good again. Having Nicole as a resource is truly invaluable, and I'm so grateful to be part of a community that's creating positive change and redefining what neurodiversity-affirming speech therapy can look like.

I've paid for other professional memberships before, and one of the biggest differences with Nicole's Collective is that Nicole is actually there. She isn't a creator who builds a membership and then fades into the background. She sends the emails, answers member questions on the private podcast, creates the monthly resources, participates in the Voxer chat, and genuinely gets to know the SLPs in her community. I felt that support most when I returned to work after a long-term medical leave. I was navigating some difficult conversations and reached out to Nicole for help. She personally responded to my messages, even while she was at urgent care herself, and then sent me two documents she had created specifically to help me prepare. That combination of encouragement and practical support is what I love about the Collective. [...] And then there are the monthly resources. So many of them have become staples in my practice. Nicole somehow creates things I didn't even realize I needed until I see them, like the session retelling and student advocacy books, and suddenly I'm wondering how I practiced without them.

Joining the Child Led Collective has been an amazing source of resources for me. It has provided opportunities to connect deeply with passionate professionals who share in the child-led approach. The collective has given me so many meaningful ways to engage, whether actively participating or having the chance to watch or read or view the videos or resources on my own time. The Rubric Generator is a game-changer, making data collection and tracking progress feel so manageable and easily understood by team members. Nicole and her team welcome every question, comment, and idea with genuine warmth and support. It is worth every penny (which it truly feels like pennies for all of these resources!) and would highly encourage you to join the Collective!

"Getting input on my hardest cases has helped me so much."

I am so thankful to be a member of the Child-Led Collective! There are so many amazing, neuroaffirming resources to help with every area of child-led therapy, and I love that new materials are added every month. As a home health therapist, so much of my work can feel like I'm "on an island". The biggest value of this community for me is having a support system to lean on as I navigate child-led therapy with families who are more accustomed to behavioral approaches. Getting to hear your input on my hardest cases during the monthly roundtables has helped me so much. In between those sessions, being able to get quick support from others in the community via the Voxer app has been a lifesaver. I am so grateful for this space!

On the Family Resource Generator: "I used the parent generator for two cases this week and loved it! Both were to explain to the family about the child-led approach, but one was general for a brand new kiddo and one was for a client I've been seeing for a long time but haven't felt like the family really understood my approach. It put it into words so perfectly and added specific examples for the family of my client I've been seeing for a bit, so succinctly where I would have rambled."

"I feel that we have created a strong bond because I have focused on child-led therapy and connecting with her."

Is this you?

This is for you if...

  • You’re an SLP or special educator who wants a child-led, neuroaffirming way to practice.
  • There's at least one child you feel stuck with and you're so tired of relying on google and social media for ideas.
  • You know exactly what you believe but aren't always sure how to make it happen in your real sessions with real kids.
  • You're not looking for a quick fix or one magic strategy; you're ready to do this work with people who actually get it.

If any of these felt like I was describing your actual week, your people are waiting for you inside The Child-Led Collective.

A note from Nicole

Hi friend,

I built the Collective because I spent years as the only one in my building, and it nearly burnt me all the way out of the field. I know the frantic googling, the IEP-meeting dread, the kid you can't stop thinking about... because it was my life too.

Since then I've watched clinician after clinician walk in exhausted and slowly become the confident, connected therapists they always were underneath the burnout. It's truly my biggest passion helping all of you succeed.

You don't have to have it all figured out to join. You just have to be ready to stop doing it all by yourself.

So glad you're here,

Nicole

Questions

If you're still on the fence, I get it.

"I'm already so overwhelmed."

The Child-Led Collective makes this work lighter, easier, and less stressful. Our tools save members 5+ hours every month! Your first two weeks come with four small steps, so you never have to guess where to start.

"I'm not far enough along."

There is no far enough along. The Success Path meets you exactly where you are and walks with you from there, whether you're in your first year or your twentieth.

"What if it just sits there like everything else?"

This isn't another course to collect dust in your google drive. It's the implementation support and tools that you'll actually look forward to using.

This work isn't easy, friend. But when you join The Collective, you never have to face the hard moments alone.

I’m not an SLP. Is this still for me?

The Collective is built for SLPs and special educators, so the tools, Hardest Case calls and resources lean toward speech and language. That said, we have OTs, teachers and other autism support professionals inside, and they find the community, the child-led framework and many of the tools just as useful.

What if I can't make the live calls?

No problem at all. Every call is recorded and waiting in the Hub, and the private podcast goes wherever you do.

Can I earn PDH hours?

Yes. The Hub keeps track of the trainings you watch and gives you a PDH certificate when you're ready for it.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You can pause or cancel right from the Hub in a couple of clicks. No contracts, no emails back and forth.
